My Years at London Terrace

I moved into London Terrace Gardens 55 years ago - at a time when we still had Elevator Operators.

I met the love of my life and got married.  After our daughter was born we began to look for a bigger apartment.  Not finding what would work for us, we decided to stay and were able to create a small room for her.  I am so glad that we stayed.

Overs the years management made changes that greatly benefited the tenants including improved security, creating the spacious Tenant Lounge that looks out on lovely gardens,  the gym, the Package Room, creating the “Building Link” online  that connects us to many services.  Staff is most helpful and kind.

I joined  London Terrace Tenants Association many years ago.  The LTTA has been very active in building community and friendships among the residents, keeping tenants informed on various happenings and inviting tenants to share thoughts and ideas activities and connecting with the surrounding neighborhood and working with Management.

London Terrace is home.

– Margaret, long-time resident of London Terrace
