What We Do

Tenant Representation & Advocacy

The LTTA monitors issues affecting tenants and communicates with management on matters of shared concern. While the Association does not provide legal advice, it works to ensure tenants are informed, organized, and heard.

Information & Communication

We share updates with tenants regarding building-related matters, tenant rights, meetings, and events through notices, newsletters, and this website.

Community Building

A strong tenant community is essential to a healthy building. The LTTA supports events that bring residents together and strengthen connections among neighbors. One of our longest-running traditions is the annual London Terrace Street Fair, a popular local event that brings together tenants, local organizations, and neighbors for a day of community celebration.

Membership

Membership in the LTTA is open to all tenants of London Terrace Gardens. By joining, tenants help support the work of the Association and strengthen our collective voice. Members receive discounts to local businesses and are invited to participate at various events throughout the year.

LTTA Board Members

The LTTA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, composed of tenants who are elected or appointed in accordance with the Association’s bylaws. Board Members donate their time and effort to serve the interests of the tenant community.
